Your photos are sent securely, read once to write your report, and are not saved on our servers. We do not keep a copy, we do not build a face database, and we never sell or share your images with anyone.
What we do keep+
If you buy a report we keep your email address and payment record, because we need them to send your report and handle receipts or refunds. That is all. You can email us any time to have your details deleted.
Payments+
Payments are handled by Kora, a licensed payment processor. Your card details go straight to them and never touch our servers. Your report unlocks only after Kora confirms the payment.
Refunds+
If you pay and your report fails to generate, email us with your payment reference and we will fix it or refund you. Because the report is delivered instantly and written for you alone, we cannot refund a report that has already been delivered and read.
What this service is not+
SabiFace gives self-care guidance based on photos. It is not a medical service, it does not diagnose anything, and it is not a substitute for seeing a doctor. For a skin condition that will not clear, or anything painful, changing or spreading, please see a dermatologist.
